People & Organization Development Intern

You'll assist in designing training modules, organizing team-building activities, and supporting our recruitment efforts. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates passionate about HR and organizational development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating team-building activities.
• Contribute to the recruitment process by assisting with candidate screening and onboarding.
• Help create and maintain employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the analysis of HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support organizational goals.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and organizational development.
• Basic knowledge of HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
