📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and finalize leases for retail and commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the commercial real estate market.
