📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the sorting center, ensuring seamless inbound, sorting, and outbound processes.
• Manage a team of 10-15 warehouse operators, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and optimize logistics processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are meeting our targets.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or warehouse management environment.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of warehouse operators.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, with a focus on efficiency and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
