📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of shipments.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Implement and maintain SAP for logistics management and RFID for inventory tracking.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution center environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP for logistics management and RFID technology.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
