📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients
- Assist clients in selecting and applying luxury beauty products
- Upsell and cross-sell beauty services and products to increase sales
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail space
- Assist in inventory management and restocking products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and industry developments
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
- Promote Beautyhaul's brand and products through social media and in-store events
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury beauty retail or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong knowledge of luxury beauty brands and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
