📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate and analyze HR reports using Excel, Power BI, and our HRIS system.
• Support HR processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS system.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the HR team as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR or a similar role, with a strong background in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
