📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate ocean freight export operations, including booking, scheduling, and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Optimize shipping routes and negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with international regulations and client expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in ocean freight.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding or a similar role.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid shipping and forwarding certifications (e.g., CLC, AMS, or similar) are a plus.
