In this role, you will work closely with our team to manage our financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will also be responsible for managing our payroll and ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
