📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries and product recommendations.
- Promote our menu items and special offers to increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the café.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering or retail sales.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Quick Service Point (QSP) or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
