As an HR Business Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives. Daily, you’ll leverage your expertise in HR tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage employee data, track performance metrics, and implement training programs. Your ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders will be crucial in this role, as you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.
• Manage employee data and performance metrics using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, communicating HR insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR role.
• Proven track record of driving organizational success through people-centric solutions.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, including SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
