📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Create user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Ensure technical accuracy and clarity of all documentation,Update and revise existing documentation as needed,Work with designers and developers to create effective visual aids and diagrams,Provide support to customers and technical support teams with product information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong knowledge of technical writing tools and software,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy,Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies
