📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Promoting products and services to potential customers.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock is available.,Preparing and presenting sales reports to management.,Assisting in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
