📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
