Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making.,Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.,Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to visualize and communicate data insights effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data analysis tasks.,Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data by implementing data validation and quality control processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in data analysis to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.,Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data modeling.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of data analysts.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address data quality issues.,Experience in working with large and complex datasets, and a strong understanding of data visualization techniques.,Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
