📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve area performance and productivity.,Manage a team of area managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and report on area performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular site visits to assess area performance and address any issues or concerns.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in area management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
