📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized display of merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.
• Stock and organize merchandise to meet sales goals and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
• Assist in training new employees and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Participate in sales promotions, events, and displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software is desirable.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 pounds.
