📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR department in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for employees.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR department in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
