📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide training events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.
