📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control tests and inspections to ensure that products meet our high standards of quality.,Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to improve our overall quality control systems.,Monitoring and analyzing quality control data to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that our quality control processes are effective.,Working closely with our production and development teams to ensure that products are designed and manufactured to meet our quality standards.,Providing training and support to our quality control team to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills they need to perform their jobs effectively.,Collaborating with our customers and other stakeholders to understand their quality requirements and to ensure that we are meeting their expectations.,Staying up-to-date with the latest quality control trends and best practices to ensure that we are always using the most effective and efficient quality control methods.,Reporting on quality control results and providing recommendations for improvement to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.,A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.,A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
