📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including milk teas, fruit teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Promote our products and services to customers, upselling when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10 kg.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
