📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and resonates with our target audience.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media metrics and provide insights to the management team.,Assist in creating and optimizing social media graphics and videos.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of managing social media accounts with a strong following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
