📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing and logistics division, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve communication, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in complex operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics management, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant quality management certifications is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
