📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor junior cooks, ensuring they develop their skills and adhere to our high standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met, and all health and safety regulations are followed.,Work closely with the restaurant manager and other culinary team members to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, and waste, and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook or chef in a fine dining establishment.,Proven track record of successfully leading a culinary team and achieving high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
