📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food safety compliance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistent food quality and service standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Knowledge of inventory management and financial management.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
