📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food in the kitchen,Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served on time,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Train and supervise junior cooks,Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed,Monitor food costs and inventory levels,Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner,Work with other members of the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
