🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical leadership or management roles.
• Certification in clinical excellence, quality improvement, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
